The Grand OTRef Road Trip
In this game, people will want to reach their destination at 10,000 miles. Further trips require higher mileage.
You can either choose to be a passenger or a non-passenger. No dual alignments. Passengers are riding to the trip to their destination, while non-passengers don't want it to happen. Passengers can cause lucky events and non-passengers cause unlucky events.
Unlockable effects are unlocked by mileage and trips.
You need Gas, Snacks, Entertainment at 1000 miles, and maintenance at 2500 miles. 5 turns are lost in a fill-up (not counted) worth 10, speed is halved with no snacks, without entertainment special items are unusable and gas and snacks deplete 3 times as fast, and losing all maintenance causes a long and hefty repair, so much that it halves your ENTIRE mileage.
Special Items can be used any time by passengers to induce effects. Trap Items can be used any time by non-passengers to induce effects. Getting one requires double recharge (before trip 3).
Lucky and Unlucky events (recharging independently) recharge after every 3 turns, which can be changed on trip 2. A recharge of -1 [special item only] allows two effects a turn.
Allowed Lucky Events:
Gain Miles
Gain Speed
Gain Gas
Gain Snacks
Get Special Item (double recharge required before trip 3)
1000 miles: Gain Entertainment

4000 miles: Protect Counter [only lose 1 every other turn] (Gas, Snacks, Entertainment, Maintenance) {up to four times}

Each post (whether playing or not) is a turn.RainbowDash101 wrote:kinda confusing to be honest
Mileage increases by the speed every turn, and the counters go down by one.
Passengers can speed up the trip with lucky effects.
Non-Passengers can slow it down with unlucky effects.
Recharge is the number of turns you must wait before using another lucky/unlucky effect.
Are you a passenger or non-passenger?
